Also, I need a volunteer to organize the demos. This is probably one of the funnest but takes the most time. Duties include: collecting the offers and requests, developing a poll to determine the most popular and then communicating with the demoiers to develop a schedule that works for them.

Since we are going to Ireland what is more fitting than an announcement on St Patrick's day :-)  Tell your friends, we have the whole ball room again this year.  Let's make this our best yet.  Get those ideas flowing, please post them no matter how wild.  Your wild idea might just spark someone else to have an idea that is doable.

I need two volunteers for each of the following activities.  We need two in case one of you can’t make it, there is an alternate.

1)      Doorprizes:  Duties will include setting up a place to collect the doorprizes and then holding periodic drawings to give them away during the weekend.  Should probably be someone who is planning to be there all weekend.

2)      Mask Contest:  Duties will include distributing information prior to the event, begging for prize donations, recruiting judges...
